You can even download mobile applications for elearning purposes.
While the opportunities to learn through your mobile device is growing, that does not mean all forms of learning should use this method. There are specific types of lessons that are best suited for mobile learning. In order to maximize the benefits of mlearning, you need to identify when it is the right method of learning to use.

Why should you use mobile learning?
The first question to ask is why go mobile? Why can’t you use the traditional method of learning or the longer form of elearning? Is it because the lesson can be taught during a short span of time? What is the purpose of the lesson?

Some lessons require the participants to concentrate on what they are learning. Obviously, mlearning is not suited because it is more appropriate for lessons that you can learn while on-the-go. If the purpose of the lesson is to support another elearning course, then it is okay to use mlearning.
How will learners access it?
